She is survived by: her children, Janice Stojetz (late Jerry), Gary Siwek (Susan) and Scott Kaczka (Denise); her grandchildren, Bob Stojetz (Kristen), Amy Lingelvach (John), Bill Stojetz, Nicole Quinn (Bill), Deanna Warchol (Ryan) and Donald Kaczka (Jasmine); her great grandchildren, Ryan, Jack, Mallory and Matthew; and her sisters, Dorothy Kozola (late Gene) and Ann Grizzley (late Jack).

In order to attend the funeral service of SHIRLEY A. KACZKA on Monday, November 9, 2020 at 10 a. m. each and every person must register.
