He was predeceased by: his parents, Roberta Lesiak, and Ronald S. Lesiak, Sr.; and his godchild Mikey White. He is survived by: his siblings, Robin Cortes (Rudy) and Richard Lesiak (Melisa); his nieces and nephews, Nicole, Samantha, Joselyn, Rudy, Morgan and Ricki; his aunt Renee Filip (late Chester); his uncles, Reed Lesiak (Patricia) and Keith Martin (Michelle); and his godchildren, Nicole and Morgan. He is also survived by many cousins, countless lifelong friends.
