He is survived by: his wife Natalie; his son Nicholas Czerwinski (Robyn Markowicz); his granddaughter Makayla; his sister Donna Hickey; his mother-in-law Marian; and his siblings-in-law, Karen Gertz (late Wayne) and Leslie Wall (Richard). He is also survived by his many relatives and dear friends.
