She is survived by: her children, Richard (Lynn), David (Kimberly) and Holly Haitsma (James); her grandchildren, Stephanie, Brittany, Katie, Kenny, Addyson and Annaliese; and her siblings, Darlene DeBoer, Carolynn Boss, Marjorie Small (Robert) and Sandra Boss.
