She is survived by: her husband Dwayne; her children, Joseph, Matthew and Sara; her siblings, Jeff Pack (Tina), April Henry (Patrick), Robert Pack (Tammy) and Angela Devereaux (David); and her siblings-in-law, Glenn (Laura) and Philip, Jr. Bragiel (Amy). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
