He was predeceased by: his parents, Aniela Garb and Jan Garb; and his sibling Wladyslaw Garb. He is survived by: his wife Maria; his children, Magdalena Leja (Andrzej) and Ewa Mroz (Thomas); his grandchildren, Lukasz, David Leja, Elizabeth, Victoria, Julia, Katherine and Nicholas Mroz; and his siblings, Helena Puszkarski (Jozef) and Krystyna Wernio (Roman). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family appreciates memorial Masses and donations to the Discalced Carmelite Fathers in Jozef's name.
