It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jakub Chlebek (Willow Springs, Illinois), who passed away on September 21, 2019, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Elizabeth; his children, Thomas (Kara) and Claudia Chlebek; his grandchildren, Benjamin, Evan and Gemma; his parents, Maria Chlebek and Jakub Chlebek; his siblings, Maria Krozel (late Stanislaw), Jozef Chlebek (late Stella) and Stanislawa Sobol (Zdizislaw); and his parent-in-law Czeslawa Zurawska. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
