She was predeceased by: her parents, Janina Hodurek and Stanislaw Hodurek. She is survived by: her husband Jozef Sitko; her children, David Sitko and Kasia Bzdyk (Janusz); and her siblings, Andrzej Hodurek (Marzena), Lidia Rydlewski (Andrzej), Kazimiera Szankowski (Wojciech) and Wieslaw Hodurek (Anna). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
