It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Frank J. Siska (Willow Springs, Illinois), who passed away on January 13, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, Maria Firszt (late Jozef), Wojciech (late Helena), Andrzej (late Helena) and Jan Siska (late Maria). He is survived by: his spouse Sabina; his daughters, Elizabeth Chlopek (Richard) and Victoria Siska; his grandchild Caitlyn; and his sibling Veronika Dudzik (Jan). He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.

The Siska Family appreciates donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the COPD Foundation in Frank's name.
