He was predeceased by: his siblings, Maria Firszt (late Jozef), Wojciech (late Helena), Andrzej (late Helena) and Jan Siska (late Maria). He is survived by: his spouse Sabina; his daughters, Elizabeth Chlopek (Richard) and Victoria Siska; his grandchild Caitlyn; and his sibling Veronika Dudzik (Jan). He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
