He was predeceased by: his parents, Kataryna Konarski and Walter Konarski; and his sister-in-law Barbara Gorzkowski. He is survived by: his wife Christine; his sisters, Theresa Kaminski (Ted) and Christine Pinkos (Robert); his brother-in-law Edward; his pet Samson; his nieces and nephews, Ronda Odum (Charles), Dana Millerin (Chris), Jessica Pinkos, Robert Burnett (Kelly), Tim Gorzkowski (Ashley), Mark Gorzkowski (Amy) and Jonathan Gorzkowski (Maura); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Charlie Odum, Henry Gorzkowski, Julia Gorzkowski, Annie Gorzkowski and Allee Gorzkowski.
In lieu of flowers, the Konarski family is requesting donations to either Paws Chicago, the VFW or the Wounded Warrior Project in memory of Edward Konarski.
