He is survived by: his wife Diane Sampson (Nee Kral); his children, Mark Kosiek of Orland Park, Susan Tilly (Bryan) of Lemont and Jeff Sampson of Lockport; his grandchildren, Lexi Kosiek (Mark Myers), Nicky Kosiek, Andrew Tilly, Nathan Tilly, Michael Tilly and Allie Tilly; his nephews, Charles Abbott (Kelly) and Ronald Abbott; and his niece Mary Therese Abbott.
