She was predeceased by: her spouse Wladyslaw Kaczmarczyk; and her siblings, Bronislawa, Anna, Marta, Stanislaw and Wladyslaw.
She is survived by: her children, Anna Leja (Stanley), Maria Mulica (Jozef) and Jan Kaczmarczyk (Zofia); and her grandchildren, Mark Leja (Tara), Dorothy Coop (Justin), Robert Leja (Jill), Barbara Verdin (Jorge), Marek Mulica (Agata), Angie Kaczmarczyk, Slawek Mulica, Dorothy Guzy (Mateusz) and Mateusz Mulica.
