He was predeceased by: his parents, Wanda Citta and James Citta; his parents-in-law, Rozalia and Stanislaw Majkrzak; and his sister-in-law Mary Potoniec (late Bobby).
He is survived by: his wife Annie; his children, Casey Komosa (Jennifer) and Alexa Tietz (Casey); his grandchildren, Logan, Trevor and Meredith; his sibling Sandy Hoeft (Steve); and his siblings-in-law, Casimir, Tad Majkrzak (Anne), Stanley Jr. Majkrzak (Agnes), Lottie Rakus (Leonard) and John Majkrzak (Cindy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
