He is survived by: his wife Nancy Eastham; his sons, Doug (Sue) of White Heath and Kirk (Jenna) of Monticello; his grandchildren, Ashley Rexroad (Brad), Angela Suter (Tobe Williams), Bailey Branch and Cade Branch; his great grandchildren, Caleb, Abegail, Thomas, Alex, Hunter and Mason; and his brother Thomas (Sherry) of Decatur.

Memorials may be made to the Piatt County Food Bank or the Piatt County Animal Shelter.
