He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Edwin and Thelma Geraldine Osborne Andreae. He is survived by: his former wife Kathy Tjarks; his spouse Sandy Shifflet; his sons, Fredrick Andreae of Clinton, Illinois, Steven Andreae (Kathy) of Mansfield, Illinois and Christian Andreae of Harrisburg, Illinois; and his sisters, Marie Banks, Delores and Dolly. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
