He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Karcher and Nellie Karcher (Vollmer); his siblings, Magaret Roellig and Paul Karcher; and his son-in-law Randy Auteberry.
He is survived by: his wife Michele Karcher; his daughters, Suzy Shaw (Ron), Mindy Ward (Greg), Brandy Sherrick (Steve Price) and Stephanie Ramirez (Armando); and his grandchildren, Rachel Huling, Olivia Jackson, Connor Auteberry, Jasmine Thompson, Xander Ramthun, Nellie Sherrick, Jackson Sherrick and Breahna Ramirez. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Christ Lutheran Church or the American Cancer Society.
