He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bishop and Pauline Sample Bishop; his wife Cheryl Ann McCarthy; and his siblings, Keith, Nathaniel Bishop, Mabel Jean Petri and Loleta Suttles.
He is survived by: his children, Janelle Lynn Bishop of White Hall, Rosalind Bishop (Amanda) of White Hall, Eason Bishop of Macomb and Luke Bishop of Fort Walton Beach, FL; his grandchildren, Marcus, Joel, Kyla, Cameron, Kiera, Collyn, Joy and Harlie; and his sister Judy Wyatt.
