He is survived by: his parents, Dale Neff and Opal Wells Neff of Roodhouse; his former wife Mary Beth Hutton; his children, Richard Neff of Roodhouse, Tonya Moffitt (Robert) of White Hall, Alyssa Dawdy (Christopher) of White Hall, Hunter Neff of White Hall and Thomas Neff II of White Hall; his grandchildren, Briar Neff, Robert, Dwayne, Daniel Moffitt, Miles Hutton, Sawyer Dawdy and Alayna Neff; and his siblings, Sandy Lockhart of White Hall, Robert Neff (Colleen) of Roodhouse, Rick Neff (Sandi) of Roodhouse and Rodney Neff of White Hall. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
