He was predeceased by: his father Gerald Lee Neff. He is survived by: his mother Diane J. Wyatt of White Hall; his wife Valerie Fisher; his daughters, Ashley Neff of Roodhouse and Amy Brower of Oklahoma; his brother David Neff of Texas; and his half-siblings, Angie Fry of Jacksonville, Scott, Jeff Neff of White Hall, Steven Neff of Murrayville and Mark Neff of Chatham. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
