He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles C. McMillen and Lillie R. Kesinger McMillen; his wife Sue; and his brother Charles C. McMillen. He is survived by : his sons, Rob McMillen (Mona) of White Hall, Ryan McMillen (Jen Martin) of White Hall and Bryan McMillen (Sandy) of Brookfield, Missouri; his daughter-in-law Jennifer McMillen of Winchester; his grandchildren, Brennan, Kinsey, Layten, Brayden, Walker and Kayden McMillen; and his brother-in-law Larry Dale (Brenda) of Hot Springs, Arkansas..

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the White Hall Fire Protection District First Responders.
