He is survived by: his mother Ruby Williams Schofield; his children, Christopher Schofield (Katie) of Jerseyville, Raymond Schofield Jr. (Rachel) of Jacksonville, Fred Osborne, Adrian Osborne of Jacksonville and Stephanie Thomlinson of Jacksonville; his grandchildren, Christian, Raven, Addison and Addelyn Schofield; and his sister Alyssa Savage of Roodhouse.
