With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norman A. Howard of White Hall, Illinois, born in Hillview, Illinois, who passed away on July 30, 2020 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Charlie Howard and Lula Howard (Dillingham); his wife Betty Neill Moles; and his siblings, Keith Howard (Marie) and Helen Schnelten (George).

He is survived by : his daughter Cindy; his son-in-law David Miller of Jacksonville; and his grandchildren, Katie Hansen (Bryce), Alex Miller (Emily), Stella and Beau Hansen.

Memorial donations may be made to the Belltown Cemetery or North Greene Food Pantry.
