She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman A. "Joe" and Addie McAdams Howard; and her siblings, Louisa May Taylor, Marjorie Ann Farrand, Herman M. "Joe" and Russell A. "Pete" Howard.
She is survived by: her brothers, Lyndell N. Howard of Pekin and Larry G. Howard (Mary) of White Hall.
