With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Judy Ann Taylor of White Hall, Illinois, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 13, 2024 at the age of 66. She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover B. Sr. Smith and Ellen T. Lockerson Smith; her stepfather Aurthur Halefinger; her son Dennis Meighan III; and her brothers, Grover Smith Jr. and Carl Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Rick Taylor Jr. of Carrollton, Teale Meighan of Pittsfield, Jessica Taylor of New Jersey, Dorothy Thompson of Pittsfield, Cindi Utterback of Pittsfield, Amy Coleman of Pittsfield, Lori Andrus of Baylis, Tiffany Nash of Pittsfield and Nicole Koerkel of New Jersey; and her sister Mary Lou Beaulieu of Maine. She is also survived by 28 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.
