He is survived by: his wife Tamra DeVault Winters; his children, Alicia, Robin, Kim and Eric; and his grandchildren, Amy, Jerad, Cory, Adam, Caleb, Hillary, Brett, Brad and Brian. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
