Fran Howard Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Fran Howard of White Hall, Illinois, born in Luxora, Arkansas, who passed away on April 7, 2021 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, A. D. Dunham and Maybelle Walker Dunham; her brothers, Frank Dunham and George "Jugger" Dunham; her brother-in-law Mike Talkington; and her nephew Mikey Talkington.

She is survived by : her spouse J. W. Howard; her children, Kerri Hull (Donnie) of Roodhouse, Scott Howard (Karen) of Troy, Kelly Arnold (Jim Bob) of Roodhouse and Brandon Howard (Suzanne Hutton) of Chatham; her grandchildren, Ashliegh Smutz (Willie), Allie Cox (Carter), Ambrea Reilman (Alex), Jake Hull, Arika Hull, Zac Howard, Brenae Howard, Jake Howard, Jaycey Arnold, Chloe Howard and Macey Howard; her great grandchildren, Chaliegh Smutz, Weston Smutz, Everliegh Smutz, Nash Cox and Harper Reilman; and her siblings, David Dunham of Jerseyville and Thelma Talkington of Jerseyville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
