She was predeceased by: her parents, George Sagez and Anna Becker Sagez; her husband Bernard Tepen of Norbert's Catholic Church; and her siblings, Louis, George, Joe Sagez, Marcella Bizaillion, Mary Elizabeth Rose and Cecilia Heiderscheid.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Keller (Paddy) of White Hall and Terry Tepen (Amy) of Gold Canyon, AZ; her grandchildren, Anne Mogg (Terry), Nicole Allison (Daniel), Alexa and Tyler Tepen; her great grandchildren, Jared Mogg (Ellie Abell), Hunter Mogg, Maggie and Evie Allison; and her siblings, Loretta Goetten of Fieldon and Leo Sagez (Pat) of Jerseyville. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
