He was predeceased by : his parents, Lynn Fisher and Phyllis Wyatt Fisher; and his son Charles Celcer. He is survived by : his wife Connie White; and his children, Michele Fletcher (Bob) of Jefferson City, MO, Stacey Fisher (Candace) of West Virginia, Christina Wallis (Lucas) of Baton Rouge, LA, Ethan Fisher of White Hall and David Batson (Jody) of Granite City. He is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.
