He is survived by: his wife Loretta Tolbert; his son Jeffrey Caskey (Janet) of Port Charlotte, FL; his grandchildren, Chase Caskey (Alyssa), Sue Cook (Jon), Sabrina Adams (Brandon) and Samantha Troesch; his great grandchildren, Anna Adams and David Cook; and his brother Richard Caskey (Judy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
