He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia "Cookie" Icide Smith. He is survived by: his father Ronald "Shorty" Smith of White Hall; his son Andrew Lee Smith (Jayna-Rose) of Jacksonville; his granddaughter Penelope Jane Smith; and his siblings, Doug Smith (Tracey) of Carrollton, Joe Snyder (Amy) of Festus, MO and Misty Bellet (Steve) of Jerseyville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
