William Allen Johns Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 27, 2022, at the age of 70, William Allen Johns of Wheeling, Illinois, born in Evanston, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Johns and Doris Johns (Haun); his brother Bradley Johns (Marta); and his stepson Jason Kirste. He is survived by: his stepson Eric Kirste (Alisa); his sister Leslie Johns; his nieces, Carianne Schawo and Lindsay Williams; and his stepgrandchildren, Brittany, Noah, Alyssa, Maddox, Logan and Matthew Kirste.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Chicago Botanic Garden's Tribute program.
