He is survived by: his spouse Ghilbert Lloyd Monto Chinnock; his siblings, John Chinnock of Barrington and Kathryn Chinnock Chinnock (Eric Starr) of Bethesda, MD; and his nieces, Isabella and Serena Starr. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
