He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Smith and Mary Smith (Starr). He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Quigley; his sister Annabeth Gilmour (Jim) of Danville, IL; his children, Suzanne Blalock of Mendon, MA, Ronlyn Smith (Shelly) of Mesa, AZ and Melanie Niedzwiedz (Joseph) of Cary, Illinois; and his grandchildren, Joshua Blalock, Sophia Blalock, Greyson Blalock, Cody Easterday, Jessica Elston (Brian), Cody Smith (Tianna Gleason), Nicole Smith, Jessica Hopkins (Bob), Jenna Menue (Zac), Alyssa Howard (Payden) and McKenna Niedzwiedz. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
