He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmo C Campbell and Bertha F Campbell; and his sister Kathryn Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Connie of Deerfield; his sister Karen Endrek; and his daughters, Linda Eaton (Leonard), Donna Olsen (Dave), Jodie Campbell Reese and Jan Campbell Buss. He is also survived by Fifteen grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
