He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeanette Macheca and Nicholas Macheca Sr.; his spouse Bettysue Macheca Nee Humes; and his siblings, Richard, Gloria and Christine.

He is survived by: his children, Randy Macheca, Karen Macheca, Tim Macheca (Shannon), Michael Macheca, Candace Macheca, Corrie Czernia (Mariusz) and Anthony Macheca; and his grandchildren, Lamont, Frank, Tatiana, Jaclyn, Brooke, Kaylee, Logan, Mia, Maquintas, Shaelynn, Anthony and Sophia.
