He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanislaw Dziekanski and Genowefa Dziekanski; and his siblings, Tadeusz Dziekanski, Mitchell Dziekanski, Anna Muller and Lester Dziekanski.
He is survived by: his wife Victoria; his children, Regina Ostick (Daniel), Christopher Dziekanski and Johnny Dziekanski (Jenna); his grandchildren, Eric, Kaitlyn, Noah, Caleb, Charlie and Annalise; and his siblings, Kazimiera Wisniewski (late Eugienusz), Antoni Dziekanski and Sophie Horabik (late Zdzislaw). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church (181 E Dundee Rd, Buffalo Grove, IL 60090). A burial will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Maryhill Catholic Cemetery (8600 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL 60714).
