He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles R. Kern Sr. (Janice) and Carolyn Kerns; his brothers, Charles R. Kerns Jr. (Melinda) and Scott D. Kern; his aunt Dianne Maty (late Ed); and his cousins, Jon Maty and Brad Maty (Nancy). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
