It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Iraida Classen-Barbosa of Wheeling, Illinois, who passed away on August 7, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Rosendo Classen; and her husband Jose A. Colon-Galiano. She is survived by: her children, Jose Colon-Classen and Myrna Hardy (Colon-Classen); and her grandchildren, Jose (Tito), Leonel, Jocelyn Colon-Rodriguez, Kathryn Risner (Hardy) and Ann Murphy (Hardy). She is also survived by many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
