Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Helen Vassiliou of Wheeling, Illinois, who passed away at the age of 92, on October 21, 2023. She was predeceased by: her parents, Vassilios Avdoulos and Irene Avdoulos. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Argyrious Vassiliou; her son George Vassiliou of Deerfield; her grandchildren, Andy Varnavas (Amanda) and Sabrina Varnavas; her great grandchildren, Penny and Edward Varnavas; her sisters, Kyriaki Xirodima (Greece) and Chriso Giorgioni; her daughter Penny Varnavas; and her siblings, Antonio Avdoulos and Konstandina Fouta. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorials may be made to the Greek American and Rehab Care Centre in Wheeling Illinois.
