He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Kuhl and Loretta Kuhl; and his brother-in-law Bill Anfeldt. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Kuhl; his daughters, Heidi Anderson (Roger) and Carrie Goodman (Matt); his grandchildren, Hannah, Harley and Henry; his siblings, Charles Kuhl (Loreen), Darlene Rubo and Christine Schey; and his sister-in-law Mary Euyoque (Jesse).
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to American Cancer Society.
