She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Haley and Edna Haley of Oak Park, Illinois.; her husband John Madigan; her sisters, Leona Riggs and Mary Ann Harkin; her brothers-in-law, Earl Riggs and Allen Ogdon; and her daughter-in-law Carol Madigan.
She is survived by: her children, Jacqueline Taylor (Richard), Bernadette Glade (Gregory), Madelyn Markezich (Allan), Elizabeth Phelps (Reginald) and Michael Madigan; and her sister Dorothy Ogdon. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Addolorata Villa Gift of Care Fund or Associate Appreciation Fund.
