She was predeceased by: her husband John Richard DiMatteo; and her brothers, John Ritrosi and Arthur Ritrosi. She is survived by: her children, John DiMatteo (Patricia), Donna Linden (Dan) and Robert DiMatteo (Barbara); her grandchildren, Andrew DiMatteo (Stephanie), Nick DiMatteo, Christina Maestranzi (Nick), Daniel Linden (China), John DiMatteo (Shannon) and Marc DiMatteo; and her great grandchildren, Sophia Maestranzi, Penelope Maestranzi and Callen Linden.
A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Addolorata Villa (555 McHenry Rd, Wheeling, IL 60090).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a donation in Edith's honor be made to Addolorata Villa.
