She was predeceased by: her parents, William R. Kuhn and Norma E. Kuhn; and her husband Mark O'Callaghan. She is survived by: her siblings, Cathleen Clarke (late William) and Robert Kuhn (Kimberly); her nieces and nephews, Brian Clarke (Brittany), Megan Gannon (Patrick), Kelsey Bruzdzinski (Dan), Kristin Dee (Kevin) and Matthew Kuhn; her great-niece Brooke Bruzdzinski; and her cousins, Barbara Nelson, Roger Nelson (Candace) and Glenn Nelson (Kathy).
In lieu of flowers memorials tributes may be made to the Cancer Research Institute or Cubs Charities.
