He was predeceased by: his siblings, Loretta Landis, David J. Combs and Fredrick Combs. He is survived by: his sons, David "Billy" Combs (Michele) of East Peoria and Brian K. Combs (Mary) of Crozet, Virginia; his grandchildren, Ashley Smith (Connor) of Mackinaw, Ryan Combs of East Peoria and Harrison Combs of Crozet; and his sisters, Judy Gay of Pekin and Linda Wheeler of Creve Coeur.
