He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Elmore and Mamie Elmore (Clagg); his wife Edith Elaine Tarr; his son-in-law Paul Clinton; his siblings, Ilene "Sis" Osborn Hake Corso (Kathleen Elmore), Marvin, Alvin, Merle and Dean; his siblings-in-law, Arley Osborn, Tom Hake, Dominic Corso, Dorothy Elmore, Charlene Elmore, Evelyn Elmore, Norma Jean Elmore and Betty Elmore; and his nephews, John Elmore, Marion Wayne Osborn and Harry Dale "Buddy" Gowin.
He is survived by: his children, Sherry Clinton of Wheeler and Kenneth Elmore (Kathy) of Wheeler, Illinois; his grandchildren, Abigail Phillips (Dustin) of Franklin, Kentucky, Taylor Clinton of Evansville, Indiana, Tiffany Elmore of Effingham, Illinois, Nichole Hollis (Grant) of Wheeler, Illinois, Taylor Galloway of Wheeler, Illinois and Zoey Elmore of Wheeler, Illinois; his great grandchildren, Rhett, Beckett Phillips, Kalissa, Neveah Maginn, Kodin Jayne, Gracie, Annabelle and Penelope Hollis; his siblings, Beverly Flinn (Paul) of Milton, Florida, Vonley Elmore of Wheeler, Illinois, Loren Elmore of Johnsonville, Illinois and Sheldon Elmore of Mason, Illinois; and his sisters-in-law, Rosemary Elmore of Newton, Illinois and Claire. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
