She was predeceased by: her parents, Vern Tarr and Vada Belle Tarr (Shoemaker); her husband Eugene "Gene" Street; her son Rob Street; her grandsons, Dan Reisner and Dalton Street; her great grandchild Eva Grace Street; and her siblings, Donald Tarr, Robert Tarr, Howard Tarr, Virginia Kuhring, Margaret Schultz and Norma Jean Tarr.
She is survived by: her children, Vada Reisner (Robert) of Effingham, Illinois, Donna Elmore (Lee) of Wheeler and Rick Street (Patsy) of Wheeler; her daughter-in-law Mindy Street of Wheeler, Illinois; her grandchildren, Nikki Gibson (Brett) of St Charles, Missouri, Jill Cawthron of Michigan City, Indiana, Kim Yager (Jesse) of Newton, Illinois, Jamee Line of Newton, Illinois, Shad Street (Marcia) of Wendelin, Illinois, Josh Street of Morris, Illinois, Preston Street (Kate) of Newton and Chandler Mullenix (Drew) of Champaign, Illinois.; her great grandchildren, Brock Gibson (Grace), Morgan Harris (Ben), Medjine Gibson, Jessa Swearingen (Drew), Savanah Cawthron, Taylor Line (Samantha Winn), Brayden Line, Haylee Line, Hunter Yager, Mika Yager, Jacelyn Street (Justin Zumbahlen), Benjamin Street, Isaac Street, Nora Street, Alex Street, Winstyn Street, Bella Street, Amarah Street and William Street; her great great grandchildren, Mylah Cawthron, Isaac Swearingen and Claire Harris; and her brothers, Richard Tarr of Charleston and Kendall Tarr (Zana) of Newton, Illinois..
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Scott Avenue Christian Church (404 S Scott Ave, Newton, IL 62448). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In loving memory of Marcella, memorials may be made to the Scott Avenue Christian Church.
