Lewis (Debra) of Montrose, Illinois, James L. Lewis (Lana) of Marshall, D. Lewis (Carrie) of Marshall, IllinoisGrandchildren-Mary Lindsey (David), Myra Laycoax (Bill), Joshua Jones, Dr. Jared Jones (Lisa Phifer), Shawn Lewis (Jennifer), Dr. Tiffany Allen (David), Brady Lewis, Daniel Lewis (Tabatha), Jessica Lewis, Justin Lewis, Chris Rush (Ashley), Amber Chapman, Andrew Chapman and Alan Chapman; and her sister Sandra Cleland of Effingham.
