She is survived by: her children, Robert Kozuchowski (Donna) of Bartlett, Michael Kozuchowski (Karen) of Elmhurst and Bonnie Shlifka (Mark) of Montgomery; and her grandchildren, Daniel, Maria, David, Andrea, Carissa and Natalie.
