He is survived by: his son Gregg Phelps (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Rachel Smoot, Alyssa Burk, Kaila Phelps, Christopher White and Elizabeth Cook; and his great grandchildren, Jude, Robert, Matt, Emma, Allison and Gatlin.
