He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Julie, Jeff (Gena), Lisa (Jerry) and Jennifer; his grandchildren, Tabetha, Dylan, Nicole, Joel, Ashlee and Ryan; and his siblings, Gary Ollendick (Sandy), Tom Ollendick (Mary), Ken Ollendick (late Donna), Duane Ollendick (Ginger) and Diane Wright (Gene). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
